About English Without Rules

English Without Rules exists to change that.

Tom earned his qualification as a Trinity College CertTESOL teacher in 2001. Since then, he has taught in UK Technical College, Gokova Belediyesi local government, and Director of Kachreti English Language School in Georgia.

Tom’s specialist subject is teaching English conversation, and pronunciation. He believes that communication between people should come first, before grammar just as it does with children who go to school for the first time, fluent in their language worldwide, before they ever heard of grammar.
